Frequently Asked Questions
- Fees for consultation services and mini-design services are payable in full, in advance of the live session.
- Fees for full design services are payable in installments and the schedule of payments will be provided along with your contract.
how do you charge?
- We begin with a 15-20 minute discovery call where you give me an overview of what you need help with and we agree the best option for you. There is no charge for this call.
- If we are both happy to proceed, I will send you a link to my personality quiz for you and other members of your household to take. It only requires a couple of minutes of your time.
- You will send me visuals of the space(s) involved and I will review these ahead of the live session/creating designs for you.
- After I've reviewed your visuals and quiz results, we will have a live session to finalise the brief.
- Then I start to work on your project. Depending on which service there may be multiple stages involved. After I've completed each stage I will send the design to you for review.
- You will either approve or supply clear feedback for one round of edits.
- Once designs are signed off, I will prepare a pdf document containing your design, reccommendations and any relevant resources that may apply. This will be your reference guide as you implement your new design plan.
how does the online process work?
- Mostly I work with clients online.
- With clients based in some parts of Limerick/Clare/Mayo (Ireland) I can visit them in-person.
