5 Week Course: Introduction to Meditation

Learn how meditation helps to alter our relationship with stress and heal the cumulative effects of stress on our bodies. This five week course will explore a variety of simple and effective meditation techniques and support you in developing your own daily practice.
Each week you will receive instruction in a different technique, have the opportunity to ask questions and give feedback on your personal experience. And we will meditate together as a group.
In addition to the live class on Tuesday evenings, you will also receive a daily email, to act as a gentle reminder to practice alone. This will also contain a downloadable guided audio of the technique that we are practicing that week, if you wish to have that support while you’re building the meditation habit.
