This five week meditation course will explore a variety of simple and effective meditation techniques, and support you in developing your own daily practice. Learn how meditation helps to alter our relationship with stress and heal the cumulative effects of stress on our bodies.
Fridays, 9.30 – 10.30am, May 3rd to 31st
Each week you will receive instruction in a different technique. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and give feedback on your personal experience. And we will meditate together as a group.
In addition to the live class on Friday mornings, you will also receive a daily email*, to act as a gentle reminder to practice alone. This will also contain a downloadable guided audio of the technique that we are practicing that week, if you wish to have that support while you’re building the meditation habit.
*Daily email is an optional add-on. Let me know whether or not you want this facility included.
