I tried to meditate for years, on and off, using books, articles, and videos as learning resources. But it only became a daily practice after a lesson with a certified teacher. After that, I never looked back and now I help others make that shift from on-and-off to a daily meditator.
I specialise in demystifying the practice and making it accessible to complete beginners. In a single lesson, you’ll learn all you need to know to integrate meditation into your daily life.
Depending on your location, private meditation lessons can be delivered in person (in Westport, Co. Mayo) or online, via Skype or Zoom. A lesson takes approximately one hour and I provide them between 10 am and 7 pm GMT.
